What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Travel to assigned healthcare facilities throughout the Cleveland area to maintain Automated Dispensing Systems (ADS) inventory and compliance
- Enter and process prescription orders accurately and efficiently while working remotely
- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries, re-orders, and medication requests
- Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies within ADS
- Perform monthly audits and cycle counts to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Active Ohio Board of Pharmacy Technician License
- PTCB Certification
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous pharmacy technician experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Long-Term Care pharmacy experience
- ADS/ADU or inventory management experience
- Knowledge of brand and generic medications
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
