What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage the Administrator's email, calendar, and schedule
Act as a stand-in for the Administrator as necessary
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expenditure reports
Provide administrative and clerical support to program areas
Assist in monitoring monthly budget reports and tracking expenditures
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Four (4) years of progressive experience in administrative or clerical work
Two (2) years of providing administrative support to a supervisor or mid-level manager
Proficiency in using computer programs for document creation and communication
One (1) year of experience in composing and editing professional correspondence
Experience in processing payments for invoices and other financial transactions
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Additional educational degree or certification relevant to administrative work
Experience leading or supervising a team
Familiarity with coordinating travel using a Travel Expense Management System (TEMS)
Knowledge of managing and archiving records according to retention schedules
Experience in monitoring budgets and tracking expenditures
