**About This Role**

Orchestra is looking for an Associate Director or Director of Influencer and PR (depending on experience) with 5-8 years of experience to manage overarching strategy and client relationships, concept novel initiatives that drive social virality and press headlines, manage deliverables for integrated campaigns, as well as oversee a team of talented junior staffers. This role will work with a wide range of creative and innovative brands across food & beverage, wellness, consumer tech, and more

**How You’ll Make An Impact**

- Drive long-term strategy and create tentpole campaigns for a range of clients on both retrainer and project-based engagements.

- Independently generate earned press strategies with message development, target verticals and storylines, and an emphasis on new and evolving media including Substacks and podcasts.

Small Girls PR is looking for a Senior Producer to join the Experiential service line. You’ll play a critical role in shaping best-in-class experiences while driving team performance, client satisfaction, and long-term business growth.

This role goes beyond execution as you will serve as a strategic partner to clients, a mentor to your team, and a key contributor to the evolution of SGPR’s experiential offering.
