Working in close partnership with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, the COO will operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, technology, and member experience, ensuring OCFCU’s priorities are executed with clarity, alignment, and measurable progress. You will play a pivotal role in helping OCFCU evolve into a more agile, technology-enabled financial institution, strengthening our ability to serve members while scaling sustainably. Translate strategy into a coordinated, actionable operating plan with clear milestones, accountability, and outcomes
Establish enterprise planning cadence, performance management, and execution frameworks
Remove barriers and accelerate progress on critical initiatives

Bachelor’s degree required
MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
Executive leadership experience within a financial institution, fintech, or regulated environment
Background in organizations with $2B+ in assets and multi-functional complexity
Proven success translating strategy into measurable enterprise results
Track record leading cross-functional execution and operational transformation
Demonstrated ability to improve performance, efficiency, and scalability
Experience supporting growth and expansion in performance-driven environments
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect strategy to execution

Compensation: Final offers are based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. The anticipated range for this role is $425k - $475k annually.
