The ideal candidate will possess strong enterprise application development experience, leadership capabilities, and expertise in workflow automation, integrations, and software delivery methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, deploy, and support enterprise low-code applications
- Develop BPM and workflow automation solutions
- Work with Appian or comparable low-code technologies
- Support integrations using web services, JMS, FTP, and related technologies
- Collaborate within Agile/Scrum development teams
- Support enterprise application architecture and deployment activities
- Work with relational databases and SQL-based systems
- Participate in client discussions, presentations, and technical planning
- Ensure application scalability, performance, and maintainability
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of related IT experience
- 3+ years of Appian or comparable low-code development experience
- Strong background in BPM and enterprise software delivery
- Experience with SQL and relational database design
- Familiarity with application servers, web servers, and operating systems
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Appian Certified Lead Developer certification or comparable
- Experience in CRM or workflow automation platforms
- Experience supporting enterprise modernization initiatives
Education
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Master’s degree may substitute for additional years of experience
