About The Customer
Our customer is a fast-growing iGaming startup building the next generation of sweepstakes-based gaming experiences, operating at the intersection of gaming, technology, and user engagement. Their platform enables seamless cross-game interactions powered by innovative mechanics. With plans to triple in size this year, they are looking for builders who thrive in fast-paced environments where ideas move from concept to live product in weeks.
Requirements
  • 5+ years’ experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact consumer-facing features on predictable cadences, partnering tightly with Product and Design.
  • Drive execution across squads spanning Web, Mobile Web, Native Mobile, Backend: plan roadmaps into milestones, manage delivery risks/dependencies, and keep teams unblocked while maintaining quality and security guardrails.
  • Establish and enforce engineering standards for coding, branching, code review, testing, and release criteria (“definition of done”) across all disciplines.
  • Own prioritization of tech debt vs. feature delivery, ensuring foundational platform work (reliability, security, testing) scales with player and transaction growth.
  • Ensure backend services powering gameplay and payments are designed for secure, audit-friendly transaction processing, including traceability and integrity controls.
  • Partner with compliance/risk stakeholders to translate regulatory obligations into engineering requirements, test evidence, and operational readiness artifacts.
  • Experience managing engineering and infrastructure teams.
  • Hands-on experience using AI platforms to accelerate development, testing, code reviews, and security scans.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Nice to have: FinTech, gaming, casino, and regulatory experience.
