Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for the Founding Chief Technology Officer (CTO)/Lead Developer, based in West Palm Beach, FL with some flexibility for remote work. As a foundational team member, you will take over management and development of the existing OMINEX platform, overseeing architecture, IT strategy, software development, and product evolution. You will collaborate cross-functionally to align technical initiatives with business goals, manage technical teams, and ensure the platform’s scalability, security, and compliance. The role includes a combination of hands-on development and strategic leadership.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Development, with experience in scalable architecture and hands-on coding
- Strong expertise in IT Strategy and systems Architecture
- Proven ability in Project Management and leadership of technical teams
- Experience in Product Development and lifecycle management
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to execute in fast-paced, iterative environments
- Familiarity with blockchain technologies, tokenization, and compliance frameworks is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Ability to work both on-site in West Palm Beach, FL, and remotely as required
