This role involves hands-on problem-solving, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and implementation of practical solutions to improve performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: Mechanical Engineering
- 0 to 5 years of work experience
- Supervisory experience is a MUST
- 3D CAD/Modeling experience (Creo/Pro-E, SolidWorks, etc.)
- Experience in Manufacturing preferred
- Experience with ESP is preferred
- Applies fundamental engineering principles to troubleshoot and improve designs and processes.
- An understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, welding, assembly, testing)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Applies creative thinking to develop innovative and effective solutions.
- Demonstrates self-driven initiative and curiosity in identifying and solving problems.
- Collaborate professionally with team and peers.
- Taking responsibility for work ethic and actions.
- Respecting diversity.
