**Role Description **

This is a full-time on-site role located in Indianapolis, IN, for a Senior Claims Processor. Responsibilities include accurately reviewing, processing, and adjudicating insurance claims while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. The Senior Claims Processor will validate claim information, resolve discrepancies, maintain up-to-date records, and provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving claim-related issues. Collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure efficiency is also a critical part of this role.

**Qualifications **

- Proficiency in claims processing, documentation, and analysis

- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently

- Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to healthcare or insurance claims

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Familiarity with claims management systems and software

- Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex claim discrepancies

- Previous experience in a similar role and/or healthcare-related field preferred

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Management, or a related field is an advantage
