Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Washington: $69,500-$110,500
This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment. - This role is Hybrid- Seattle, Washington and does require you to be in office 4 days per week.
A day in the life…
- Manage contract administration process for Consultants and General Contractors
- Manage project set up in Oracle and Purchasing systems (POMS)
- Review projects for correct Fixed Asset classification and use tax assessment
- Ensure accurate documentation of project transactions, maintaining organized records for auditing and internal review purposes
- Lead On-Site Store Fixture Installation Process, traveling as needed
- Contribute positively to overall daily functioning of the team and cross train employees as needed
- Review operating requirements, practices and procedures determining whether improvements can be made and implement changes as appropriate
You own this if you have …
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- Experience with Fixed Asset, Construction or Property Development Industry preferred
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Oracle, Coupa, Concur, Smartsheet and AI is a plus
- Ability to review and analyze facts to make accurate decisions, summarize data and create meaningful reports
- Strong Mathematical acumen with high degree of accuracy
- High level of curiosity, ownership, and initiative with ability to work both independently and collaboratively
