Job Summary We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager, Email Marketing & Lifecycle to lead our email and retention marketing efforts across high-impact campaigns and always-on customer journeys. Reporting to the Director Marketing, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy - driving engagement, retention, and revenue through personalized, data-driven communication. This is a high-impact role requiring deep expertise in email marketing platforms (especially Klaviyo ), strong analytical thinking, and a passion for building meaningful customer experiences at scale. Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of email and SMS lifecycle campaigns across the customer journey (acquisition, onboarding, retention, win-back)
Own and scale all campaigns within Klaviyo , including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking
