Job Summary NOCO is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer I to join our in-house Creative Team. Our team works to support a wide range of internal and customer-facing design needs across multiple product categories and departments. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and enjoys creating polished, functional materials that communicate clearly and consistently. You’ll work on projects that range from printed manuals to presentations and branded collateral, with a strong emphasis on typography and layout execution. What You’ll Do
Design and produce user manuals, guidebooks, product data sheets, and sales presentations
Create clean, organized layouts for both print and digital materials
Prepare files for production, ensuring accuracy and consistency across deliverables
Manage and update documents that may be translated into multiple languages
Maintain brand standards across all materials and touchpoints
Collaborate closely with internal teams including product design, engineering, and sales
Organize assets and version control for ongoing projects
Support the Creative Team with additional design needs as they arise

Excellent layout design and typography skills
Ability to work within established brand systems while elevating company visuals
Comfortable handling large, text-heavy documents and multi-page layouts
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Clear communicator and collaborative team player
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience
Experience and expertise in creating clean, organized layouts for both print and digital materials
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (primary tool)
Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Familiarity with Apple productivity tools (Keynote, Pages, Numbers)
Experience using Figma is a plus
Copywriting experience is a plus
Portfolio demonstrating strong typography, layout, and production skills
