**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer, located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including financial planning, managing financial statements, and leading financial reporting. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing financial strategies, monitoring company performance, advising on financial decisions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The CFO will also play a pivotal role in providing analytical insights to support strategic growth initiatives.

**Qualifications**

- Strong expertise in Financial Planning and developing strategic budgets

- Proficiency in managing and interpreting Financial Statements

- Advanced skills in Finance and Analytical problem-solving

- Experience with creating and delivering accurate Financial Reporting

- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication abilities

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA is a plus)

- Prior experience in executive leadership roles, preferably within technology-driven industries
