The Analyst, Discovery works cross-functionally in a sales support and strategic role. This position is responsible for creating Discovery packages and reports for Nexxen clients across both pre- and post-sales stages, delivering data-driven recommendations and activation-ready insights based on Nexxen’s Discovery technology.

This role includes client-facing responsibilities and requires comfort with presenting, training, and providing platform walkthroughs to both internal and external stakeholders. The Analyst serves as a subject matter expert on the Discovery platform, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.

**Role Responsibilities**

- Leverage Nexxen’s proprietary Discovery platform to uncover audience insights, trends, and opportunities that inform client strategy

- Build high-quality, insight-driven Discovery packages that translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for pre- and post-sales engagements

- Lead end-to-end analysis, from framing the business question to delivering insights that drive client decision-making and campaign performance

- Synthesize complex data into compelling narratives tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences

- Present insights, recommendations, and platform capabilities confidently to clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders

- Partner closely with Sales, Client Services, and other cross-functional teams to support RFPs, client strategy, and ongoing account growth

- Contribute to the development of new market hypotheses, audience strategies, and data-driven solutions that enhance Nexxen’s value proposition

- Act as a subject matter expert on the Discovery platform, providing training, guidance, and best practices across the organization

- Support and participate in agency and client meetings as the Discovery lead, positioning insights as a key driver of performance and differentiation

- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and storytelling to elevate the impact of Discovery deliverables

**Requirements**

- 2+ years of experience in research, data analytics or data analysis

- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft tools

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Great analytical skills

- Work well in a cross-functional team environment

- Interest in the Analytics, Big Data and Advertising space

- BA/BS degree, or equivalent experience

- Experience in research/analytics/account management/social media manager/ agency strategy teams - a plus

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is **$75,000 - $90,000 ** the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. **What You’ll Do**

We're looking for an Experiential Marketing Director to join our Marketing & Communications team in Los Angeles or New York City. In this role, you will lead the planning, orchestration and optimization of Nexxen’s North American experiential marketing initiatives, across a broad spectrum of industry, regional and owned events. Reporting into the Vice President, Marketing & Communications, you will apply your experience and expertise in bringing our brand stories to life and unlocking new business opportunities for our commercial team through the execution and evolution of our experiential strategy in key markets. -  Drive the strategy, planning, execution and optimization of experiential programs in North America including large-scale industry conferences and tentpole activations, local industry events in key markets, bespoke/custom client experiences, and select virtual events & webinars

-  Build compelling business cases for experiential investments and ensure that all experiential activations advance Nexxen’s strategic brand, business and product objectives, in close collaboration with our commercial team and company leadership

-  Maintain annual event calendar & budget, while proactively researching new opportunities to expand our experiential footprint

-  Manage all event planning milestones & estimates for project scope, venue sourcing, third-party partners, scheduling and resource requirements

-  Partner with in-house brand creative team to ensure seamless design, production and delivery of creative and UX assets for all events

-  Evolve our experiential initiatives with an eye toward integrating digital & communications components into our strategy, to amplify and extend the experiences beyond the physical events themselves via PR, thought leadership, social media, online advertising, outbound email comms, and the brand website

-  Partner with the brand marketing leads and marketing operations team to ensure successful measurement of ROI is applied to our budget and decision-making practices

-  Work closely and collaboratively with experiential marketing counterparts in the UK and Australia to ensure global strategic alignment and identify operational/executional efficiencies

-  Coordinate staffing schedules and travel arrangements as needed for larger tentpole activations

-  Spearhead the planning and execution of client & employee swag & gifting programs as part of the overall experiential strategy

**What You’ll Bring**

-  Proven expertise and leadership in experiential marketing, preferably in a start-up, media, tech, or advertising environment

-  Track record of successfully conceptualizing, planning and executing all components of high-impact events that have the “wow” factor and deliver against business objectives

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in Los Angeles or New York City is estimated at $140,000 - $165,000 at the time of posting. -  Track event requirements, milestones and deadlines via shared project management platform, Monday.com

-  Coordinate requests for event brand, promotional, and communications assets through the Brand Creative team and manage internal stakeholder review

-  Manage social media scheduling and asset curation to support the promotion of our events

-  Research new event partners, marketing vendors and event venues to identify new experiential opportunities

-  Facilitate event registration & attendance for our internal colleagues and external clients & partners

-  Provide on-site support at select events to ensure seamless execution

-  Manage all components of branded swag, merchandising and client gifting initiatives

-  Partner with the Digital team to build HubSpot forms and landing pages that capture and track event leads and RSVPs.

**What Will I Bring?**

-  2-3 years of relevant experience in coordinating corporate/industry events

-  Strong communication skills and capacity to articulate needs clearly and listen to others attentively in order to translate direction into action & results

-  Proven project management acumen with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and autonomously while adhering to deadlines

-  Penchant for cultivating collaboration with cross-functional colleagues to fulfill shared objectives

-  Positive, solutions-focused disposition to proactively resolve challenges and mitigate risks to project plans

-  Experience with executing promotional marketing efforts across various channels including email marketing, social media and digital advertising

-  Ad tech industry experience is not required, but an intellectual curiosity to learn more about the industry is preferred
