Next Horizon Homes is seeking a hands-on Residential Superintendent with 5+ years of experience managing home builds from excavation through completion.
This is a field-first role. We are looking for someone who can run jobs, manage trades, and keep projects moving—not just oversee from a distance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day jobsite operations from start to finish
- Maintain and update construction schedules
- Coordinate subcontractors and inspections
- Ensure quality control at every phase
- Keep daily logs, photos, and progress updated in JobTread
Requirements:
- 5+ years residential construction experience (custom homes preferred)
- Proven ability to manage full builds from excavation to CO
- Experience with JobTread or similar construction management software
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Team player with a take-ownership mindset
