Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architectures using cloud‑native patterns and distributed systems design.
Lead architecture and solution design for large‑scale, complex software platforms aligned with firm business goals.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user and system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Define current‑state and future‑state architectures using enterprise modeling frameworks (e.g., ArchiMate, TOGAF).
Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platforms.
Proactive approach is identifying issues and presenting solutions and options, driving appropriate resolution.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the development team.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in technologies suitable for the platform.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams across the software development lifecycle.
Address technical concerns, ideas, and suggestions, and provide architectural insights during project planning and execution phases.
Provide guidance and advice on ensuring software development best practices and code quality.
Required Skills & Experience:
Passion for solving business problems, rather than for technologies.
Enterprise architecture background is a must. Strong ability to interact with both technical teams and business leadership (architect‑level capability), traversing the organization and translating business strategy into practical solutions.
Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise‑level architecture , with a background in application development.
Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., ArchiMate, TOGAF, BPMN, UML ) and tools.
Experience designing solutions in distributed systems, microservices, and integration‑heavy environments .
Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) , and cloud‑deployment strategies.
Experience working on large‑scale projects and large companies . Experience with either organization‑level programs, service line or division‑level programs and involving multiple teams.
Understand long‑term business objectives and suggest technical strategies to meet those objectives by introducing new or improving existing technology.
Proven ability to manage multiple products or streams in parallel without losing architectural coherence. Self‑management.
Communication: Ability to clearly articulate both problems and proposed solutions.
