What You’ll Do Day-to-day
Own the process: Lead the development and submission of tailored, compelling responses to state and local proposals, SF330s, qualification packages, and presentations across various market-focused studios and teams, independently assembling and customizing staff resumes and project sheets by selecting and tailoring relevant experience from our marketing database prior to technical staff review.
Shape pursuit strategy: Collaborate with project managers, partners, and business development staff to identify and prioritize the most relevant firm information and project experience based on pursuit strategy and selection criteria
Protect the brand: Ensure brand consistency and compliance with internal standards across all graphics, proposals, and marketing collateral
Keep data clean: Maintain and regularly update the firm’s CRM (Client Relationship Management) database and project marketing information
Pitch in beyond proposals: Support firmwide marketing and business development efforts as needed, including internal events, presentations, and special initiatives
Required Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related area of study
Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to self-check work prior to submitting to others for review/approval
Strong attention to detail, especially in editing, formatting, and data entry
Demonstrate initiative, dependability, and a collaborative team mindset
Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills for internal and external coordination
Interest in continuous improvement and contributing to process and quality enhancements
Preferred Qualifications
One to three (1-3) years’ experience in a marketing or proposal development role, preferably in the A/E/C industry
Experience working with Unanet or similar CRM is a plus
Experience reviewing RFQs/RFPs to extract key information that shape strategic, client-focused proposal responses
