**Job Description: **

A Cybersecurity Analyst III performs a variety of cybersecurity tasks in monitoring information systems and securing the Information Technology (IT) infrastructure operational environment to include developing and updating system security plans (SSPs), developing plans of action and milestones (POA&Ms), managing and controlling changes to the systems, conducting audits, providing incident response, vulnerability assessments, and assessing the security impact of security and non-security-relevant changes. Work is at an intermediate level, involving managing deadlines, and cybersecurity engineering support for members of development, sustainment, or operations and maintenance team.

Employee will be responsible to perform the following functions/duties:

- Interface with the Authorizing Official (AO) and the Security Control Assessor (SCA) for coordination of Authorization to Operate (ATO) packages

- Manage multiple system packages throughout the ATO process

- Conduct research and reference reading in obtaining technical information

- Keep informed of currently approved standards, codes, and procedures applied to cybersecurity specialty

- Perform systems engineering activities in the areas of Cybersecurity / Information Assurance (IA) / System Security Engineering (SSE) and security assessment and authorization (A&A) in accordance with NIST SP 800-53 RMF

- Apply risk management concepts to mitigate vulnerabilities in system security architectures

- Interface with the Information System Security Manager (ISSM), program managers, system stakeholders, and external contractors to coordinate cybersecurity requirements and architecture flow down from the system level to individual elements of the system

- Assist in preparation of reports, correspondence, or technical studies

- Supervise junior Cybersecurity Analysts with providing cybersecurity engineering support for system engineering to ensure systems are engineered within DoD Instruction (DoDI) 8510.01

- Perform other job-related duties, as required

**Experience/Education: **

- Due to the nature of the work. U.S Citizenship is required.

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance for duration of employment.

- A bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferred) in Computer / Information Technology / Information Assurance focused on cybersecurity, or equivalent academic/technical training/certification.

- 6 to 10 years of experience in computer systems security, and/or related area of expertise.

- DoD 8570.01-M level compliance; a Security+ certification; and other industry standard certificates such as CASP+CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, or GCIH. CEH, CCNA, and CySA+ are required for this position.

- Additional desired qualifications include CEH (Master) or CERP.

Cyber Security Analyst

Planning, implementing, upgrading, or monitoring security measures for the protection of computer networks and information.

- Applicant should possess a strong understanding of the RMF process, as well as a eMASS, eMASSter, STIG Viewer, SCAP Compliance Checker (SCC), VRAM, and Visio applications.

- Execute all RMF process steps following the guidelines outlined in Navy and NAVAIR directives.

- Managing packages in eMass.

- Reviewing Nessus scans.

- Ensure the completion of all necessary RMF products and reporting in accordance with policy and in collaboration with the Security Control Assessor.

- Assist in updating any documentation related to risk assessments (such as Risk

- Assessment Reports, Plan of Actions & Milestones, etc.) based on the results of assessments.

- Conduct the necessary vulnerability analysis to facilitate the mitigation and determination of residual risk as required.

- Provide support for the continuous monitoring program as needed, especially when

- System Level Continuous Monitoring results are essential to meet ongoing authorization requirements.

- Assist in contingency planning, testing, and execution as necessary.

- Support the incident response process and actively participate in meetings with the program team, offering updates on project status.

Senior Information Security Analyst

**Job Description: **

- The candidate will support the F/A-18 & EA-1 SG Integrated Product Team {IPT) Radar Team by performing developmental laboratory, ground, and flight testing of AESA Radar hardware and software. Responsibilities are not limited to the tasks outlined and may expand based on program needs. - Technical Operations & Testing

- Test, troubleshoot, repair, and, when necessary, work with Level 1 Navy Maintenance to ensure AESA hardware and software are functioning correctly and available for scheduled test events.

- Participate in lab testing to validate all radar software file versions are accounted for prior to providing to configuration management and Fleet release.

- Generate radar software files, bulk data files, and theater templates, and formally document version contents and changes.

- Set up and maintain lab support equipment necessary for stand-alone pod operation and HWIL support for the MC labs.

- Asset & Test Equipment Management:

- Maintain a detailed log of all radar laboratory assets and repair actions taken.

- Maintain a detailed log of radar lab IT and test equipment, ensuring equipment is submitted to vendors for calibration or repair.

- Maintain configuration control of all radar laboratory assets.

- Generate and maintain internal radar procedures and processes.

- Program Coordination & Support:

- Maintain schedules and product deliveries with vendors for small-scale projects, including radar lab and flight test equipment, and radar IT equipment. Participate in procurement of radar lab test equipment, working with vendors to request quotes and submit and track through the AWL IT procurement process.

- Coordinate sending and receiving radar team-generated software to external entities to ensure proper configuration.

- Coordinate tech data transfer across various classified networks.

**Education: **

- Must have a Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance for the duration of employment.

- Bachelor's degree with 2 plus years of experience in AESA Radar support and/or Aircraft Platforms and Weapons. Will also consider candidates with high school diploma and 10 plus years of experience in in AESA Radar support or Aircraft Platforms and Weapons or an associate degree with 4 plus years of experience in flight test and/or Aircraft Platforms and Weapons.
