The ideal candidate has experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, preferably within the Tech industry , and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business hiring goals. Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from intake meeting to offer stage.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate experience, communication, and fit.
Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Track recruitment metrics and provide hiring updates to internal stakeholders.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Stay updated on hiring trends and market conditions, especially within the Tech space.
