-  Draft and negotiate complex sponsorship agreements and other marketing‑related commercial agreements.

-  Provide legal support for NetApp’s Customer Success organization, with a focus on customer support and professional services.

-  Advise on services‑related matters, including service delivery, contract interpretation, amendments, escalations, renewals, and customer lifecycle issues.
