**What You Will Be Doing**

Join as a founding member of the Supply Chain team. To scale in relation to our rapidly growing demand, the Global Supplier Manager will work directly with the Head of Supply Chain to expand production capacity and build a world-class supplier network. This individual will lead supplier development, strategic sourcing, NPI builds, production ramp-up, and global supply base scaling.

**Responsibilities**

The ideal candidate will combine strong sourcing expertise with an understanding of aerial systems, and the capability to drive supplier partnerships that secure quality, cost, delivery, and capacity readiness. In addition, this individual will be responsible for:

- Own and execute sourcing strategies across mechanical, electronic, and PCB assemblies to ensure cost competitiveness, quality, risk mitigation, and supply continuity for both NPI and mass-production ramps

- Lead supplier selection and manage RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs. Own RFQ and contract management by negotiating, finalizing, and documenting agreements prior to business initiation

- Build and maintain cost models to enable data-driven negotiations and support long-term sourcing strategies

- Partner with design engineers, manufacturing engineers, and supply quality engineers to align supplier capabilities with product requirements from concept through high-volume production

- Implement supplier business reviews and governance processes to drive improvements in cost, delivery, and quality performance

- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and engineering teams to deliver sustainable cost savings and establish long-term supplier partnerships

**You should have the following**

- Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management

- 3-10 years of supply chain experience in a fast-paced, highly fluid environment for sourcing, program management or quality engineering

- Demonstrated experience developing and managing commodities including building cost models and leading contract negotiations

- Experience supporting the launch of new product introductions

- Superior analytical skills and the ability to use data and metrics to justify business decisions

- Proficient knowledge of technical requirements & design of the commodities and be able to influence cross functional partners with detailed analysis that supports optimized pricing and product sourcing decisions

**US Salary Range**

$130,000 - $210,000 USD

Global Supply Manager

**What You Will Be Doing**

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Neros, you will own key components and subsystems within our products, starting from the conceptual design phase all the way through mass production. This is a dynamic and exciting role at a rapidly growing startup and presents an opportunity to be a foundational member of the Mechanical Engineering team. We are looking for passionate, skilled, and hands-on engineers that take pride in delivering best-in-class hardware.

**Responsibilities**

- Own all aspects of hardware design to optimize for performance, high-volume manufacturability, and cost

- Gather requirements and translate these into defensible engineering architectures and decisions

- Perform detailed design trades by effectively leveraging 3D modeling software, FEA tools, prototyping, and engineering first principles

- Participate in and lead design reviews

- Create high quality engineering drawings

- Root cause hardware failures and manufacturing issues

- Work with the Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams on build instructions, production tooling/fixtures, and vendor selection. Own these items yourself where necessary

- Plan and execute validation testing for your designs, working with the Flight Test team and other engineering teams as appropriate

- Develop, mentor, and train peers and colleagues

**You should have the following**

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

- 5+ years of experience in fast paced engineering/manufacturing environments

- Strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to solve problems through first principles thinking

- Experience with a CAD software such as Solidworks or NX

**Nice to have**

- Experience piloting, working with, or designing UAVs (including as a hobby!)

- Experience working in a high volume, cost sensitive industry like consumer electronics or automotive

- Broad knowledge of manufacturing processes and their appropriate applications

- Experience with packaging and integration of PCBAs, batteries, and RF components

- Familiarity with electrical and electromechanical components like BLDC motors and optical sensors

- Experience designing for harsh environments

- Subject matter expertise in an analysis discipline: structural, vibration, thermal, CFD, etc.

- Experience with Teamcenter or similar PLM systems

- Hands-on fabrication skills (general shop tools, manual machining, welding, CNC machining, etc.)

**US Salary Range**

$160,000 - $210,000 USD

Senior Mechanical Engineer

**What You Will Be Doing**

The Associate General Counsel, Product will serve as Neros’ lead product lawyer. Working closely with the General Counsel and CTO, the AGC will guide all of Neros’ interactions with the FCC, NTIA, FAA, and other regulatory stakeholders. The AGC will:

- As Neros’ principal product attorney, take a solution-oriented approach to supporting the most commercially viable products possible

- Oversee Neros’ ensure compliance with FTC, NTIA, and FAA regulations, as well as the NDAA and AI legislation

- Serve as Neros’ in-house expert on the laws governing radio spectrum usage

- Work with the Export Control Officer (ECO) in the ECO’s oversight of ITAR compliance

- Administer Neros’ IP portfolio

**You should have the following**

- JD and membership in a state bar or the District of Columbia bar

- At least 8 years of experience in government, big-law, or a combination, working on radio spectrum issues

- Experience advising defense technology companies

- A practical, solution-oriented approach to practicing law

- An ability to translate legal concepts to non-lawyer audiences

- An ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance

- A desire to stock the arsenal of democracy and defend the West

**Nice to have**

- A prior role at the FCC, FAA, NTIA, or a DoW office with spectrum stakeholder status

- In-house startup experience

- Team sports experience

$150,000 – $220,000+
