Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Support Technician, based in Moon, PA, with occasional opportunities to work from home. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, supporting desktop computers and printers, conducting computer repairs, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, setting up and configuring devices, managing maintenance tasks, and providing end-user support. The technician will engage with clients both on-site and remotely, ensuring their technology operates efficiently and securely. Qualifications
Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
Experience working with Desktop Computers and Printer Support
Proficiency in Computer Repair
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
Availability to commute to the Moon, PA location, with flexibility for hybrid work
Knowledge of basic networking concepts is a plus
Previous experience in IT support or a similar role is preferred
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are beneficial
