About the Role
This is a senior, fully remote sales position focused on driving new revenue across the U.S. market.
You will take full ownership of business development strategy, targeting new clients and building a strong pipeline across key industries and trade lanes. This role is suited to a true hunter who thrives on winning new business and operating with a high level of autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business across international air and ocean freight services
  • Promote end-to-end logistics solutions, including customs brokerage and value-added services
  • Build and manage a strong national pipeline of prospective clients
  • Develop relationships with importers and exporters across key verticals
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to onboarding
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver competitive and tailored solutions

Candidate Requirements
  • Proven success in international freight forwarding sales (air & ocean)
  • Strong track record of winning and developing new business
  • Experience selling full-service logistics solutions
  • Hunter mentality with a proactive and driven approach
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable operating independently in a remote environment
