Weโre expanding rapidly and looking for a high-performing Director of Sales & Training to lead our sales growth and help shape the next generation of top-performing logistics professionals. Position Overview Weโre seeking a driven and experienced Sales Director who can both bring in new business and train our team to close more deals. This is a leadership role for someone who understands the logistics and freight brokerage industry inside out, can build shipper relationships from scratch, and can coach a team to replicate that success. Key Responsibilities
Lead sales strategy and new business development for U.S. shippers and carriers
Identify, contact, and close new shipper accounts across all freight modes
Build, train, and mentor sales representatives ( teams)
Develop and implement sales scripts, email templates, and pitch strategies
Analyze sales performance and implement improvement plans
Work closely with operations and carrier teams to ensure service excellence
Represent Nav Logistics Inc. professionally with clients and partners
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in freight brokerage / 3PL sales
Proven record of closing new shipper accounts and increasing company revenue
Strong leadership and training experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Must reside in the United States (background check & drug test required)

Compensation ๐ต Salary: $70,000 โ $100,000/year (Based on experience + performance) ๐ต Uncapped earning potential! Base salary to start โ uncapped commission ๐ Incentives: Performance-based bonuses
