- Supporting complex scientific and technical information needs
- Developing innovative approaches to library information management, research support, and user engagement
- Using tools such as EndNote, Covidence, R, Python, and related platforms to support publication analysis, research impact assessment, and collaboration network studies
- Advising staff and research communities on data management and scholarly publishing
- Developing and delivering training on biomedical information resources and analytical tools
