About the role
Nassau Street Partners is an independent capital advisory and investment banking firm focused on capital formation and strategic advisory services for middle-market companies and investment sponsors. We work closely with founders, family offices, institutional investors, and private capital groups across a variety of industries, including real estate, healthcare, infrastructure, and technology.
We are currently looking for a Senior Investment Banker to support our growing real estate investment fund and private capital advisory efforts.
Position Overview
This is a senior-level advisory role focused on supporting real estate investment fund engagements, investor discussions, and strategic fundraising initiatives.
The ideal candidate has experience working with real estate sponsors, private investment groups, or capital markets transactions and is comfortable operating in a client-facing advisory environment.
This is a remote position with hourly compensation, structured similarly to our Senior Advisor roles.
Responsibilities
The Advisor’s responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to:
• Joining calls with prospects and offering strategic guidance
• Helping refine positioning, structure, and messaging to drive investor interest
• Supporting internal pipeline development and contributing to firmwide strategy
• Assisting with investor and sponsor communications as needed
• Providing insight and feedback on active real estate investment opportunities
Preferred Background
• Experience in investment banking, real estate private equity, capital raising, or related advisory work
• Familiarity with real estate investment funds, private placements, or sponsor-backed transactions
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
• Strategic and solutions-oriented mindset
Qualifications
• Prior experience in investment banking, real estate finance, fundraising, or private markets preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related field preferred
