Graphic Designer (Brand & Marketing) Location: United States (DFW preferred; open to remote) Employment Type: Full-time Level: Mid-level Reports To: Marketing Leadership Role Overview We’re hiring a Graphic Designer to support marketing and growth initiatives across multiple brands. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a designer who moves fast, thinks in systems, and understands that brand consistency is a business asset. You will be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets for paid media, social, email, and web—often under tight timelines—while also serving as a brand guardrail to ensure everything that goes to market looks intentional, consistent, and on-brand. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a performance-driven environment, enjoys ownership, and can balance speed with taste. What You’ll Do Brand Stewardship
Apply and uphold brand standards across all marketing assets
Ensure visual consistency across multiple brands and campaigns
Flag off-brand or inconsistent creative before it reaches market
Help document and operationalize brand guidelines as the business scales
Design & Execution
Create marketing assets for:
Paid advertising (social, display, native)
Organic and paid social media
Email and lifecycle campaigns
Web and promotional graphics
Rapidly turn around assets for time-sensitive campaigns, including intraday requests when needed
Resize, adapt, and optimize designs across platforms and formats
Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, growth, and content teams to translate briefs and copy into strong visuals
Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining brand integrity
Partner with stakeholders who value speed, clarity, and execution
Workflow & Systems
Build and maintain reusable templates and components in Figma and Canva
Keep design files, libraries, and assets organized and accessible
Improve design velocity through smart systems, not shortcuts
Required Qualifications
2–5 years of professional graphic design experience (in-house, agency, or both)
Strong working knowledge of:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Figma
Canva (including template creation and systemized layouts)
Experience creating assets for marketing, paid media, and social platforms
Strong grasp of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
Ability to work quickly and prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment
High attention to detail and strong visual judgment
Nice to Have
Experience supporting multiple brands or product lines
Familiarity with performance marketing or conversion-focused design
Exposure to regulated, technical, or compliance-aware industries
Light motion or video experience (optional, not required)
