Responsibilities
- Review RFPs and work orders
- Perform site visits (if local)
- Perform Takeoffs
- Research plans and coordinate with local jurisdictions
- Attend meetings with HOA boards, property managers & property owners
- Develop estimates in InEight
- Build scopes with assumptions/exclusions
- Manage proposal timelines
- Communicate with clients
- Coordinate handoff to PMs
- Track proposals
- Support change orders
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to read and interpret construction civil drawings. Plan views and details/cross sections/profiles.
- Provide accurate take off quantities.
- Attention to detail and understanding critical importance of hitting due dates.
- Civil/Stormwater/Landscaping estimating experience
- Production-based estimating ability
- Strong communication skills
