- Salary Range: $89,273 – $116,055 annually (Negotiable based on experience)
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (3-year commitment required)
- $15,000 Relocation & Retention Bonus
- 30 Days Housing Provided Upon Relocation
- Flight Expenses Covered
Position Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive medical social services using a holistic approach to support patients and their families. You will assist in addressing physical, emotional, social, and environmental challenges that may impact overall health and well-being across all age groups.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
- Minimum 1 year of hospital or healthcare experience
- Alaska LMSW License (or eligibility required)
- Valid Alaska Driver’s License
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Preferred: Experience in cross-cultural settings and bilingual skills (English & Yup'ik)
