Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated National Sales Representative to join our team and drive the growth of our stone fabrication equipment across the United States. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with a passion for the industry and a proven track record in sales development. Please note this position does require travel 50%+ of the time to visit clients nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market presence across the nation.
  • Client Acquisition & Management: Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential clients, including stone fabricators, construction companies, and design firms.
  • Product Presentations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the features and benefits of our stone fabrication equipment.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to effectively position our products and seize new opportunities.
  • Sales Negotiations: Lead negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate sales records, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to the management team.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Experience in industrial equipment sales or related fields required
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of stone fabrication processes and equipment is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling frequently.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience preferred.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is advantageous.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel 50%+
