We are looking for a Resident Engineer (RE) for the 5G MRF (Media Resource Function) product.

We are looking for a Resident Engineer (RE) for the 5G MRF (Media Resource Function) product.
Requirements and responsibilities include:
- Resident Engineering role for 5G MRF
- Strong 5G SA core network knowledge
- Strong 4G/5G core network call flows knowledge
- Subject Matter Expert for one or multiple nodes
- Focus on MOP creation and issue resolution
- 100% dedicated to a single customer
- Work under a clear SOW , including clearly defined exclusions
- Embedded in the customer’s daily operations with deep knowledge of the solution customization for the customer being supported
- Customer lab support role, troubleshooting support, and technical point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
- Documentation of Root Cause Analysis for outages and issues
- Creation and execution of Method of Procedures (MOPs) for upgrades and system updates
- Activities based on agreed HLD, LLD, CIQ, and SOW
