If you’re looking for work that challenges you and a place to grow — this is it. What You’ll Actually Do You’ll work on commercial and industrial systems including:
Overhead doors, dock equipment, and mechanical systems
Electrical components, operators, and controls
Troubleshooting issues that don’t always have obvious answers
This is not repetitive work - it can be very complex. And where it's easy, speed makes the difference. Every day is different, and your ability to think matters more than memorizing tasks. Who This Is For You’ll thrive here if you:
Have 3-5 years in a mechanical, electrical, or service-related role
Enjoy troubleshooting and figuring things out
Can work independently without needing constant direction
Take ownership, pride in quality and finish what you start
Communicate well with customers and teammates
Backgrounds that tend to do well: HVAC service, industrial maintenance, electrical/low voltage, field service, diesel/mechanical If you’ve always been around mechanical work, love tools and it just comes naturally to you — you’ll fit in well here.
