Marketing Manager, Residential Sales and Marketing

**Position Overview **

Cipriani is seeking a Marketing Manager to support the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives across its portfolio of residential projects. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of luxury branding, who can seamlessly translate the brand ethos into all forms of communication and public-facing materials.

Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the Marketing Manager will play a key role in bringing new developments to market, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the brand’s heritage of elegance, consistency, and excellence.

**Key Responsibilities **

- Lead the creation and execution of marketing materials for new project launches in collaboration with developer project teams, including brochures, presentations, digital assets, and sales tools

- Ensure all communications and deliverables adhere to the respective brand standards, maintaining consistency across tone, visual identity, and messaging

- Act as a steward of the brand across all public-facing materials, campaigns, and platforms

- Coordinate cross-brand communication between Cipriani, Mr. C Hotels & Residences, Casa Cipriani and affiliated partners to ensure alignment and clarity

- Manage project timelines in partnership with development teams, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are executed on schedule

- Prepare and deliver weekly reports to senior management, providing updates on project progress, marketing initiatives, and key performance indicators

- Collaborate with creative agencies, designers, and vendors to produce high-quality marketing collateral that reflects the brand’s positioning

- Support the planning and execution of launch events, sales gallery experiences, and brand activations

- Monitor and review marketing outputs to ensure quality control and alignment with overall business objectives

- Create and continuously update internal brand standards documents

**Qualifications **

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within luxury hospitality, real estate, or lifestyle brands

- Strong understanding of brand management and experience working within established brand guidelines

- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards across all deliverables

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience working cross-functionally with development, sales, and creative teams

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design and project management tools like Photoshop, InDesign, Canva
