Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with hospitals, health systems, surgery centers, and physician groups
Build strategic relationships with spine surgeons, neurosurgeons, orthopedic surgeons, vascular surgeons, hospital executives, and OR leadership
Develop and execute territory growth strategies that expand market share and drive predictable case volume growth
Maintain a disciplined pipeline and consistently advance opportunities from prospecting through implementation
Assist with contract discussions and help navigate complex decision-making processes across clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders
