Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced AI Architect to define the architecture, data strategy, and governance framework for enterprise-scale Generative AI (GenAI) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) platforms.
This is a senior, client-facing role responsible for designing end-to-end AI and data ecosystems, leading advanced data modeling (Medallion Architecture) initiatives, and driving strategic AI transformation programs.
The role also involves acting as a trusted advisor to clients , identifying business opportunities, and delivering scalable AI/data solutions that drive enterprise growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Advisory & Business Development
- Engage with client executives to understand business challenges and translate them into AI/data solutions
- Identify new opportunities for account growth and expansion
- Lead solution discussions, architecture proposals, and roadmap presentations
2. AI Architecture & Data Modeling
- Design enterprise-scale GenAI and RAG architectures
- Lead Data Modeling initiatives using Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold)
- Extend and optimize Silver Data Layer for AI, embedding, and analytics workloads
- Define end-to-end data lineage across ingestion, vectorization, and AI outputs
3. Data Governance & Quality
- Define enterprise data governance standards and AI usage policies
- Design frameworks for data quality, drift detection, hallucination control, and trust scoring
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and Responsible AI standards
4. Technical Leadership
- Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to engineering teams
- Collaborate with data engineering, platform, and security teams
- Define best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, and observability in GenAI systems
Required Skills & Experience
- 12–15+ years experience as AI/Data Architect or Solution Architect
- Strong expertise in Data Modeling & Data Engineering
- Experience with Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold)
- Hands-on experience with GenAI, RAG, and LLM-based systems
- Strong background in cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable)
- Expertise in AI governance, data lineage, and data quality frameworks
- Experience in API design, distributed systems, and MLOps
- Strong client-facing and pre-sales consulting experience
- Knowledge of Responsible AI, security, and compliance frameworks
