Data Scientist / NLP Analyst - Mid-Level (6+ Years Experience)
Overview
- 6+ years of related data sciences work experience.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in Data Sciences, AI/ML engineering
- Experience with vector databases, data pipelines, and retrieval systems with experience in designing and executing end-to-end experiments
- Deep Experience in RAG, LLMs, GenAI, Embeddings, Prompt Engineering and Agentic AI.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new AI techniques and frameworks.
- Domain expertise in Asset Management (Preferable)
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that solve real-world problems.
- Extract, clean, and preprocess large, unstructured datasets from various internal and external sources.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify hidden trends, anomalies, and patterns that drive strategic decision-making.
- Build, train, and validate predictive models and machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, NLP).
- Build Conversational Platform leveraging LLMs, RAG, GenAI etc.,
- Mentor, coach, train, and develop data scientists / analysts. Proactively expand knowledge of business and analytics and shares with team members.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 6+ years of professional experience in data sciences, AI/ML Development, or a closely related field.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a quantitative field.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to apply analytical skills to complex, ambiguous problems and translate insights into actionable engineering solutions.
