Move with Nefurjen is a results-driven online fitness coaching brand dedicated to helping petite women build strength, confidence, and lasting change. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our coaching team and are looking for a driven, detail-oriented fitness professional to join us in a fully remote capacity.
This is a contract position. Hours will begin part-time and grow into a full-time contract based on performance and client load. Please note this role does not include employee benefits.

This is an external-facing coaching role. You will be the direct point of contact for our clients, meeting them where they are, building genuine rapport, and delivering a high-quality coaching experience from start to finish.
You will be responsible for conducting client check-ins, taking detailed notes, building and adjusting client programs directly in Everfit, and circling back with our internal team to ensure every client receives a personalized and effective experience.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients with professionalism and warmth
- Conduct consistent client check-ins and maintain detailed session notes
- Build, manage, and adjust client programs directly within Everfit as needed
- Assess client progress and make real-time programming adjustments based on performance and feedback
- Collaborate with the internal team to relay client updates and align on programming decisions
- Deliver clear, confident coaching cues and form corrections tailored to each client
- Maintain accurate and organized client records using Everfit, Google Sheets, and Google Suite
- Communicate proactively and with intention both with clients and the internal team

- Actively trains and has strong foundational movement with the ability to explain form simply and confidently
- Analytical mindset able to assess client data, identify patterns, and make informed programming adjustments
- A clear and effective communicator both written and verbal with clients and the team
- Warm, supportive, and leads every client interaction with empathy and intention
- Highly organized and reliable consistently on top of check-ins, follow-ups, and team communication
- Comfortable building and managing client programs within Everfit
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Suite or demonstrated ability to learn quickly
- Experienced coaching or supporting clients in either an online or in-person setting
- Genuinely passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on fitness experience (mandatory)
- Background in personal weight training or a related fitness discipline
- Direct client-facing experience whether private training, class instruction, or online coaching
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification required or actively in progress
- Hands-on experience with Everfit or a similar coaching platform preferred
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Suite or demonstrated ability to learn quickly
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- A genuine connection to the women's fitness space and the clients we serve

- Independent contractor position (1099)
- Fully remote, work from anywhere
