Role Description
This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Vice President of Finance and Operations. In this role, you will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes while ensuring operational efficiency across the organization. Key responsibilities include managing financial statements, leading financial reporting, analyzing financial data for decision-making, and optimizing operational strategies to align with organizational goals. You will also collaborate cross-functionally to implement financial and operational best practices.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in Financial Planning, Financial Reporting, and Financial Statements preparation
  • Expertise in Finance and strong Analytical Skills
  • Experience in identifying and implementing operational efficiencies
  • Comprehensive understanding of business operations and strategy alignment
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in an executive finance or operations leadership role is preferred
