What You’ll Be Doing:
Build, test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies
Calibrate, align, and maintain test equipment and system components
Work from schematics and technical instructions to construct tools, fixtures, and experimental setups
Perform diagnostics, data collection, and analysis to improve processes and performance
Support lab experiments, including setup, execution, and documentation
Prepare lab materials, including chemical compounds and solutions as needed
Help solve real hardware and process challenges with practical, hands-on solutions
Contribute to development and testing of advanced laser and light-based systems

Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
HS Diploma
1+ year of relevant experience in an engineering/laboratory support role (time in Electrical test or electro-mechanical test/assembly environment) OR equivalent training/experience
Fundamental proficiency with electronic tools, test equipment, and fabrication
Solder repair certification and/or FCC First Class License (may be required)
Working knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, diagnostics, and calibration
Department of Defense Secret security clearance required at time of hire
On-site work required
Preferred Qualification:
Associate’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent (Technical School/Military Training/bachelor's degree or Years of Experience) (We love Avionics Tech's - MOS 12R's /1142 / 17E)
Solder repair certification and/or FCC First Class License
DoD Security Clearance
