As we expand into the US market, we are seeking a passionate and driven Store Manager to help lead our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our US store.

**Responsibilities **

- Hire, Train, and Motivate the Team: Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

- Set and Achieve Sales Targets: Establish and meet sales objectives while fostering a positive and motivating work environment.

- Develop Strong Customer Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships through clienteling and personalized interactions.

- Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, customer service needs, and inventory control.

- Monitor Inventory Levels: Ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize shrinkage through effective management.

- Responsibility for P&L: Manage the store’s profit and loss, ensuring operating costs remain within budget.

- Maintain Store Environment: Consistently uphold the store environment and visual display standards to enhance the customer experience.

- Analyze Sales Data: Review sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

**Qualifications **

- Minimum 3 Years of Experience: Proven track record with at least three years in sports.

**Required Skills **

- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

- Leadership and Team Motivation: Strong leadership abilities to inspire, train, and manage a high-performing team.

- Problem-Solving: Proficient in handling customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

- Analytical Ability: Skillful in analyzing sales data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and identify growth opportunities.

- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational capabilities for managing daily store operations, including scheduling and procedural oversight.

- Financial Acumen: Experience managing P&L responsibilities and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
