The Sponsorship Coordinator manages sponsor relationships and ensures all partnership deliverables are executed with excellence. This role is responsible for maintaining a high-touch, luxury experience for sponsors while aligning their presence seamlessly within the event.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all sponsors
- Primarily responsible for the recruitment of sponsors
- Reporting and tracking of sponsorships received to include financial, in-kind, media, etc.
- Communicate sponsorship benefits, expectations, and activation details clearly
- Coordinate sponsor integration within the event experience in alignment with brand standards
- Ensure all sponsor deliverables are executed accurately and on time
- Oversee sponsor setup, presence, and overall experience during events
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners
- Address sponsor needs with responsiveness and attention to detail
- Support post-event follow-up and relationship management
- All other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience in sponsorship coordination, partnerships, or client relations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High level of professionalism and brand representation
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage high-touch relationships with discretion
