Today, Mobius Renewables is a global, vertically integrated low-carbon fuels platform accelerating the development, production, distribution, and commercialization of renewable natural gas (RNG) at scale across North America and Europe.
We develop, own, and operate a growing portfolio of assets that capture methane emissions from waste streams and convert them into low-carbon intensity RNG—creating value for our feedstock partners and supporting commercial, industrial, and transportation customers on their path to net zero.
Established in December 2025 by funds managed by IFM Investors, Mobius Renewables continues to expand its platform and capabilities. In 2026, the acquisition of Air Liquide’s global biogas production operations—alongside the integration of GreenGasUSA’s portfolio—marked a major milestone, bringing together complementary assets and expertise under one unified platform.
