Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Manager based in Stafford, TX. The Construction Manager will take ownership of scheduling, cost, and performance across active jobs. • Provide clear, direct reporting to leadership
  • Keep project documentation organized and audit-ready

What We're Looking For
  • 3-5+ years in construction manager, project engineering or similar role in construction
  • Experience supporting mechanical, plumbing, sheet metal, and fire protection
  • Strong working knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking
  • Advanced Excel skills: experience with project/cost systems is a plus
  • Ability to read a set of plans and understand how the job comes together
  • Someone who is proactive, detail oriented, and not afraid to speak up
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-driven environment
