What You'll Do
- Mentor and develop SLPs across multiple service lines
- Serve as a clinical expert—problem-solving, reviewing complex cases, and driving outcomes
- Deliver direct pediatric speech therapy services across multiple environments
- Collaborate with leadership and managers to improve clinical standards and program development
- Lead with confidence, curiosity, and compassion—and a good sense of humor
What You WON'T Do
- Deal with payroll, annual reviews, PTO scheduling, or disciplinary action!
- (That's for the Managers to deal with!)
- You get to just be an amazing therapeutic support to your teammates!
What You Bring
- Active Illinois Speech Language Pathology Therapy License
- 3+ years of pediatric speech therapy experience across school, clinic, and/or home settings
- Demonstrated strength in team leadership, mentorship, and clinical communication
- A passion for helping clinicians grow—and helping kids thrive
- Confidence in your craft. Curiosity about your team. Compassion in every move you make.
