**Role Description **

This is a full-time remote role for a Traveling Field Service Technician. The technician will be responsible for installing, calibrating, repairing, and maintaining weighing systems on clients' equipment, such as wheel loaders, excavators, and conveyor belts. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, providing training and support to customers, and ensuring all equipment meets performance standards. The role will involve travel within the service area, comprising West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware.

**Qualifications **

- Technical skills in equipment installation, calibration, repair, and maintenance

- Experience with electronic systems, mechanical systems, and diagnosing/troubleshooting equipment

- Proficiency in operating software tools, system configuration, and using diagnostic technologies

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to provide on-site training and professional support

- Excellent communication skills for documenting service tasks and interacting with clients

- Valid driver's license and ability to travel independently within the designated service area

- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Previous experience with Loadrite systems or similar weighing technologies is a plus

- Technical certification or degree in mechanical, electronic, or a related field is a plus
