Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Solutions Advisor located in Garden Grove, CA. The Financial Solutions Advisor will deliver comprehensive financial advice to clients, helping them achieve their financial objectives. Daily responsibilities include assessing clients' needs, developing tailored financial plans, managing investment portfolios, and providing guidance on banking and wealth management strategies. The role involves fostering deep client relationships, promoting Bank of America and Merrill products, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
  • Financial and Investment Expertise: Knowledge of investment products, strategies, and portfolio management techniques.
  • Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking and ability to craft customized financial plans and strategies.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards; Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) licenses are required.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Commitment to placing clients' best interests first, demonstrating integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication to articulate complex financial concepts to clients clearly.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field preferred; Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation is a plus.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and meet deadlines.
  • Sales and Marketing Acumen: Ability to identify client opportunities and promote tailored financial solutions.
