Role Description The Salesperson will be responsible for generating and managing real estate leads, conducting property showings, and guiding clients through the buying, selling, and investment process. Day-to-day activities include prospecting new clients, following up on inquiries, preparing and presenting listing agreements and purchase offers, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role involves collaborating closely with brokers, lenders, inspectors, and other industry professionals to support smooth transactions. The Salesperson will also stay current on local market trends, property values, and relevant regulations to advise clients effectively. This is a full-time, remote role based in Orlando, FL.
Qualifications
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills, with a focus on consultative selling and customer service.
  • Ability to prospect, network, and generate leads through phone outreach, in-person meetings, events, and digital channels.
  • Proficiency with real estate documentation, contracts, and transaction processes, including coordinating inspections and closings.
  • Comfort using CRM software, email, and basic office tools to manage pipelines, follow-ups, and client communications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear presentation and active listening abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
  • Current or eligible Florida real estate salesperson license (or commitment to obtain within a defined timeframe).
  • Knowledge of the Orlando and broader Florida real estate markets; prior residential or investment real estate experience is a plus.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential client information.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally for showings and client meetings.
