- assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- provide companionship and emotional support to promote overall well-being
- monitor and report on clients' health status and changes to healthcare professionals
- perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders as needed
- adhere to care plans and maintain a safe, clean environment for clients
