Role Summary
Supports execution of visual assets across print and digital channels with a focus on accuracy,
organization, and learning within established systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute design and production tasks using templates and brand standards.
- Support creation of marketing, fundraising, program, and digital assets.
- Applies foundational design principles including typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
- Designs for digital platforms including social media and web
- Prepare files for output and maintain organized working files.
- Follow established file naming conventions, folder structures, and asset practices.
- Maintain orderly files, links, and archives for reuse.
- Incorporate feedback accurately and improve foundational design skills.
- Demonstrates commitment to the mission of Mentor A Promise and the communities it
serves.
- Works effectively across multiple projects with varying timelines and complexity.
- Maintains strong attention to detail, quality, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Adheres to organized file structures, naming conventions, asset management, and reliable
handoff practices.
- Collaborates in a solutions-oriented manner with internal teams, partners, and vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 0–2 years experience.
- Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency.
- Basic Figma familiarity preferred.
- Portfolio required for consideration.
