Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) based in Oceanside, CA, with opportunities to work both on-site and remotely. The role involves supporting licensed occupational therapists in providing therapy services to pediatric clients in their homes, community settings, or via telehealth. Responsibilities include implementing therapy plans, monitoring client progress, and adapting interventions to enhance patient care. The COTA will also contribute to program development, documentation, and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams to achieve therapy goals.

Qualifications
- Active COTA license in the state of California
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to provide bilingual therapy services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with families and team members
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to hybrid work environments under OT supervision
- 1 year Experience in pediatric care and working with diverse populations
